Description:
Lexangrit Design Studio recently completed a 3BHK interior design project in Jamnagar for Mr. Devasibhai Nandaniya. The home was designed in a modern yet budget-conscious style, making the best use of space and resources. A standout feature of the project is the use of black tiles, which add a bold and elegant character to the interiors. The design strikes the right balance between affordability, style, and practicality, creating a comfortable modern home.
Living Area with Beige Sofa Wall, Brass Clock, L Shaped Leather Sofa, and TV Unit Partition
This living room doesn't shout. It whispers. The sofa back wall wears wooden beading frames in soft beige — texture without drama. A brass-finished clock takes center stage, flanked by wall lights that glow, not glare. Full height curtains in beige fabric frame the window, while a blackout panel hides at the center for movie nights. An ash grey leather L-shaped sofa on black MS legs offers deep, sink-in comfort. A round centre table mixes wood and marble — warm and cool, together. Underfoot, a grey textured carpet anchors it all. And the TV unit? It pulls double duty, quietly separating the living area from the kitchen beyond. Nothing screams. Everything works.
L Shaped Grey Sofa, Two Round Tables, CNC Main Door, Black Glossy Tiles, and AC Pelmet
This living room knows how to balance. An L-shaped grey fabric sofa anchors the space, paired with two round centre tables — one for coffee, one for books. Above, a pelmet does double duty: hiding the AC while framing long beige blackout curtains that filter light, not style. The main door makes its own statement — half-circle CNC cut in wooden duco finish, finished with a brass handle that feels weighty and warm. And underfoot? Black glossy GVT tiles that reflect every bit of light, making the room feel larger, richer, endlessly polished.
Full Height Kitchen Living Vertical Separator as TV Unit with Console Table, Wooden PVC Louvers, and Glossy Black Gold Tiles
This isn't just a TV unit. It's a room divider, a storage solution, and a design statement — all in one full-height vertical column. Facing the living room, it's a sleek entertainment hub. Facing the kitchen, a console table for keys, decor, or a quick drop zone. The TV back layers vertical wooden PVC louvers, adding rhythm without clutter. And underfoot? Glossy black tiles veined with gold — dramatic, luxurious, and surprisingly versatile. It's a separator that doesn't separate at all. It connects.
Plain Ceiling with Centre Chandelier, Two Fans on Sides, and Panel Lights
Plain doesn't mean powerless. This ceiling keeps the surface clean but layers the lighting like a pro — a statement chandelier at the centre for drama, two fans on both sides for airflow without competition, and panel lights positioned exactly where task lighting matters. No false ceiling. No clutter. Just intentional placement that makes a simple surface feel completely considered.
Modern Kitchen Design with Black Quartz Countertop, Beige Acrylic Cabinets and Fluted Glass Unit
Kitchen interior featuring a black quartz countertop, beige acrylic laminate cabinetry with matte concealed handles, brass loft handles, pullout drawers, two- and three-drawer units, magic corner storage, hob with chimney, and a fluted glass middle cabinet.
Kitchen to Living Design with Wooden Open Shelf Partition — Parallel Modular Kitchen View
No wall. No problem. This parallel modular kitchen opens to the living room through a wooden open shelf partition — cook on one side, display on the other. The shelves hold spices, cookbooks, or decor, letting light and conversation flow freely. It's a boundary that doesn't block. A separation that still connects. And a kitchen that never feels cut off from the action.
L Shaped Modular Kitchen with Kitchen Triangle, Beige Acrylic, Black Quartz, Brass Fluted Glass, and Brown White Dado
This L-shaped modular kitchen works as good as it looks. The kitchen triangle — sink, stove, fridge — is perfectly maintained, making every step efficient. Beige acrylic cabinets keep things bright and easy to clean. Black quartz countertops add drama without demanding maintenance. Middle storage? Brass-framed fluted glass — warm, textured, a little bit luxe. The loft above continues the beige acrylic finish, with gold linear handles tying it all together. A stainless steel sink handles the messy work. And the dado? Brown and white textured tiles, warm and forgiving. It's functional. It's beautiful. It's the kitchen you didn't know you were waiting for.
Crockery Unit with Beige Acrylic Lower Storage and Brass Framed Fluted Glass Upper
This crockery unit doesn't just store dishes — it displays them. Lower cabinets in warm beige acrylic keep the everyday essentials hidden but accessible. Upper storage in brass-framed fluted glass puts your best dinnerware on display — soft texture, warm metallic glow, and just enough visibility to show off without showing everything. It's a counter, a cabinet, and a gallery, all in one.
Plain Kitchen Ceiling with Linear Profile Light, Centre Fan, and Panel Lights
No false ceiling. No clutter. Just smart lighting and airflow. This plain kitchen ceiling keeps things simple but never boring — a linear profile light traces the perimeter for warm, even glow. A fan at the centre moves air without competing for attention. Panel lights are positioned exactly where task lighting matters: over the sink, the stove, the prep zones. It's minimal. It's functional. It's a ceiling that works as hard as the cook below.
Pooja Unit with Wooden Laminate Drawers, Brass Knobs, Grooved Back Wall with Wallpaper, and Hanging Bells
This pooja unit doesn't just hold idols — it holds energy. Drawers in warm wooden laminate open with brass round knobs, soft and substantial. The back wall is a quiet statement: semi-curve grooves layered with traditional divine wallpaper — texture meeting devotion. Above, a plain ceiling lets hanging bells take centre stage, their soft chime adding the traditional essence that no amount of decor can fake. It's not just a pooja unit. It's a sanctuary.
Master Bedroom with Golden Metal Strip Bed Back, Dressing Vanity, Glossy Brown Wardrobe, and Black PGVT Tiles
This master bedroom doesn't whisper — it gleams. The bed back wall is traced with golden metal strips, adding rhythm and a quiet kind of luxury. Across the room, a dressing table vanity with mirror stands ready for morning routines. The wardrobe wraps the wall in glossy brown laminate, finished with brass handles that catch the light. And underfoot? Black PGVT tiles — polished, dramatic, and surprisingly warm. It's a room that feels rich without being loud. Gold, brown, black — grounded, glowing, gorgeous.
Bedroom TV Unit with Brown Glossy Console, Grooved Accent Wall, Pendant Light, Dressing Unit, and Cream Blackout Curtains
Opposite the bed, a TV unit that means business — a long linear console in brown glossy laminate, topped with black glossy counter. The wall behind mixes grooved cuttings in wood and beige, adding depth without weight. Above the left side table, a hanging pendant light drops soft glow. At the right, a dressing unit stands ready. And at the window, long blackout curtains in cream fabric block the world when you need rest, filter light when you don't. It's balanced. It's functional. It's a room that actually works for how you live.
Bedroom Wardrobe with Vertical Grooves, Golden Strip, PVD Handles, and Loft Storage
This wardrobe doesn't just store — it stands tall. Vertical grooves add rhythm without clutter. A single golden strip runs down the centre, breaking the expanse with quiet luxury. Long golden PVD coated handles echo the strip, warm and weighty in the hand. Above it all, a loft catches the things you need less often — luggage, off-season clothes, memories in boxes. It's storage, yes. But it's also architecture.
TV Unit with Brown Glossy Floating Vanity, Black Textured Counter, and Grooved Wooden Wall Panels
This TV unit doesn't sit on the floor — it floats. A long linear vanity in brown glossy laminate seems to hover, topped with black Italian textured laminate that begs to be touched. Behind it, the TV wall layers grooved panels in wood and beige — rhythm, warmth, and softness all at once. The doors on either side continue the language: wooden laminate finish with the same groove design, hiding storage in plain sight. It's not a TV unit. It's a composition.
Bedroom Plain Ceiling with Centre Fan and Six Panel Lights
No false ceiling. No clutter. Just a plain canvas with a plan. A centre fan moves air quietly, evenly. Six panel lights are positioned exactly where task lighting matters — over the bed for reading, over the dresser for routines, over the corners to keep the room bright without shadows. It's minimal. It's functional. It's a ceiling that asks for nothing more than to do its job well.
Bathroom Design with Half Moon Mirror Vanity, Wall Mounted WC with Storage, and Towel Hanger
This bathroom doesn't just look good - it works. A half moon mirror with integrated light softens the vanity area, making morning routines easier and evenings gentler. The wall mounted WC keeps the floor clean, with storage tucked above for extra rolls or toiletries. And the towel hanger? Placed right beside the door - exactly where you reach for it. No wasted steps. No awkward corners. Just a bathroom that gets how you actually use it.
Bathroom Design with Shower Niche, Wall Mounted WC with Storage, Black White Walls, and Black Gold Tiles
This bathroom doesn't whisper — it commands. Black and white full height tiles wrap the walls in high-contrast drama. Underfoot, black and gold tiles add warmth and a little bit of flash. The shower area features a wall niche — shampoo, soap, scrub, all within reach. The wall mounted WC keeps the floor clean, with storage tucked above for the extras. And the exhaust? Placed directly above the shower, pulling steam away before it ever fogs the mirror. It's bold. It's functional. It's a bathroom that knows exactly what it is.
Bedroom Bed Back with Minimal Arches, Grey Texture Paint, Brown WPC Louvers
Soft arches. Warm textures. This bed back keeps it minimal but never cold — grey textured paint forms gentle arches, while brown WPC louvers add natural warmth. On the left, a wardrobe that continues the language: two shutters with arch mirrors framed in wood, finished with golden handles that catch the light. It's calm. It's cohesive. It's a bedroom that wraps you in quiet luxury.
Full Wall Wardrobe with Arch Mirrors, Golden PVD Handles, and Slim Glass Showcase Unit
This wardrobe doesn't just store — it performs. Two arch-shaped mirrors on the shutters bring elegance and light, framed by 36-inch golden PVD coated handles that feel substantial in hand. But the real surprise? A slim glass shutter unit at the end — a showcase for bags, perfumes, or the accessories you actually want to see. It's a full-wall wardrobe that hides the everyday and displays the special. Storage, but make it stunning.
Bathroom Design with Grey Tiles, WC Niche, WPC Vanity Countertop Basin, and Towel Hanger
Left, right, and everything in its place. Grey finish wall tiles keep the bathroom calm and cohesive. On the left, the WC with a built-in niche — toiletries within arm's reach, no caddy needed. On the right, a countertop wash basin sits on a WPC wooden vanity unit — warm, durable, and worry-free in a wet zone. And the towel hanger? Placed right where you need it. Balanced. Functional. Thoughtful.
WC with Niche Storage Beside Shower, Full Wall Grey Tiles
No caddies. No shelves. Just a well-placed niche. Beside the WC, a built-in recess holds toiletries, tissues, whatever you need within arm's reach. The shower is close by — making the niche useful for both zones. Full wall grey tiles wrap the space in quiet calm, hiding water spots and keeping things effortlessly cohesive. It's smart storage. It's seamless design. It's a toilet that finally has a place for everything.
WPC Vanity Cabinet in Toilet with Wooden Finish Laminate
Wood in a bathroom? Usually a bad idea. Not this time. This WPC vanity cabinet brings the warmth of wood without the worry — waterproof, termite-proof, and wrapped in a wooden finish laminate that looks nothing like plastic. It's a vanity that belongs in a wet zone. Drawers glide. Doors close softly. And no one will ever guess it's not solid wood.

Contemporary Bedroom with Glossy Beige Wardrobes, Golden Handles, and Vanity Unit
Two wardrobes. Four shutters each. That's storage - but beautiful storage. Glossy beige laminate keeps the room bright, while fluted laminate panels add texture and rhythm. Golden long PVD coated handles run the full height, warm and weighty. Attached to one wardrobe, a minimal wooden laminate dressing vanity with a big mirror storage shutter - your morning routine, streamlined. It's contemporary. It's cohesive. It's a bedroom that gets ready as beautifully as you do.
Bedroom Dead Wall Management Using Photo Frame and Molding
Dead walls are just opportunities waiting to happen. This bedroom took a blank stretch and gave it purpose — molding frames the composition, adding architecture without bulk. Inside each frame, a photo or print turns the wall into a curated gallery. No empty expanse. No awkward corner. Just a wall that finally earns its keep.
Bathroom with White Gold Glossy Tiles, Shower Niche, Floating WPC Vanity, and Wall Mirror

Everything in its place. Everything gleaming.
