Lexangrit Design Studio recently completed a 3BHK interior design project in Jamnagar for Mr. Devasibhai Nandaniya. The home was designed in a modern yet budget-conscious style, making the best use of space and resources. A standout feature of the project is the use of black tiles, which add a bold and elegant character to the interiors. The design strikes the right balance between affordability, style, and practicality, creating a comfortable modern home.

In this image we can see a view of Living area & kitchen where sofa back wall is designed with wooden beading frames painted in beige colour ,Designer wall clock with brass finish is placed on the wall & wall lights are given both sides ,full height curtains are given beige fabric finish and blackout curtain at the centre,L-shaped sofa is designed with ash grey leather fabric finish with black MS legs,round centre table is placed with combination of wooden and marble finish ,Grey textured carpet is given under the sofa,Tv unit wall is also a partition which seperate kitchen & living.
In this image we can see L-shaped sofa with grey leather fabric wth black MS legs with a combination of two round centre tables and grey textured fabric carpet below,Main door designed with half circled cnc cut with a brass handle and wooden duco finish,long curtains are given with beige and blackout combination ,pelmet is place above the curtains for the purpose of placing AC,Flooring is designed with Black & gold textured italian marble.
In this image we can see Full height vertical tv wall with console table at the bottom,Which is also a partition wall for kitchen & living Area,tv back is designed with combination of vertical wooden finish rafters & open storage partiton beside,flooring is designed with black & gold italian marble
In this image we can see a chandeliar is placed above the centretable ,tv unit wall al tv wall with console table at the bottom,Which is also a partition wall for kitchen & living Area,tv back is designed with combination of vertical wooden finish rafters & open storage partiton beside with black duco finish,for console unit golden linear handles are given, main door designed with half circled cnc cut with a brass handle and wooden duco finish.
In this image we can see ceiling with a chandelair at the centre & two fans on both sides with ceiling lights accordingly.

Kitchen interior featuring a black quartz countertop, beige acrylic laminate cabinetry with matte concealed handles, brass loft handles, pullout drawers, two- and three-drawer units, magic corner storage, hob with chimney, and a fluted glass middle cabinet.

In this image we can see a view of pooja room,doors are designed with teak beading with wooden finish & combination of fluted glass with bells for Aesthetic purpose,Flooring is designed with brown and white textured italian marble,idol counter storage designed with wooden laminate finish and back wall with relevant wallpaper with semi curve grooves.
In this image we can see pooja unit with drawers of wooden laminate with brass round nobs,back wall is designed with semi curve grooves in combination of relevant traditional wallpaper,ceiling is designed plain with hanging bells above the ideal for traditional essence.

the counter top wash basin acts as main accent of the washroom with full mirror and vanity storage below,WPC is used for vanity storage with grey laminate finish,on left wall towel hanger is placed & on right wall shower unit is placed accordingly.
Floor mounted WC gives the rich look for this bathroom,on left wall niche storage acts as minimal storage space for shower area & towel hanger on the right wall.
Door with wooden laminate groove design makes the entry of bathroom elegant with a towel hanger beside it,full wall tiles looks luxurious with the texture of beige & gold glossy finish, flooring with vitrified beige textured tiles.
Ceiling looks decent with two receseed lights.
